The hilt isn’t connect to the blade so it just spins, most stupid design ever and support wasn’t very helpful and want me to pay to send back and take money off for return because it’s now “used”
Store owner replied: Hi Shaun, As explained when you contacted us, we've checked the item and confirmed that this is how this particular model is designed, rather than a fault. We provided you with our returns address and explained the returns process. As the item is working as intended, it would fall under our standard returns policy, which includes arranging return postage. Any refund would be assessed once the item is received and checked. We're still happy to help get this sorted, but we haven't received your return yet. If you've already sent it back, please send us the tracking details so we can look into it. The Sword Stall ⚔️
Arived in good time and was very happy with it.
I've ordered this as a Christmas present for my sister and was really impressed with the speed of delivery. Left it in the box ready to wrap up so will be a while until she unboxes it. I just wanted to get this in early!
Unreal item! Crafted well!
