A reproduction Model 1873 lever-action carbine made of metal and wood in a grey finish, with a simulated loading and firing mechanism.
The Model 1873 lever-action repeater fired the same centre-fire cartridges as the revolvers of its day, letting a rider carry one type of ammunition for both guns. Produced in huge numbers, it earned the nickname “The Gun That Won the West” and inspired the 1950 film Winchester ’73 starring James Stewart.
