At last, someone in the house who understands etiquette, protocol and precisely how doomed everyone is. Sideshow's C-3PO Life-Size Figure brings the galaxy's most anxious translator into your collection at a genuinely life-size 1:1 scale.

Standing an impressive 188 cm tall, Threepio has the gleaming gold exterior, silver right leg, exposed multicoloured abdominal wiring and carefully applied weathering that make him look as though he has just wandered off the Millennium Falcon to tell you the odds. He stands on a Falcon-inspired base complete with ship-flooring and circuitry detail, because a standard plinth would apparently be far too calm.

His shoulder joints are articulated, allowing the arms to rotate into different poses ranging from dignified protocol droid to the familiar state of total mechanical panic. The magnetic restraining bolt can also be removed from his torso for an extra display option.

Then he starts talking. Using the included remote control, C-3PO plays a random selection of recognisable lines from his adventures across the Skywalker saga. His eyes illuminate at the press of a button on the back of his head, with the interactive functions powered by the included external cord. It is accurate, dramatic and guaranteed to make walking into a dark room much more eventful.
