Halo -Ma5B Assault Rifle (Cosplay Safe Foam)

🟢 Halo – MA5B Assault Rifle – 81.3cm Cosplay Foam Replica

Time to finish the fight. Preferably without being stopped at the convention entrance.

There are sci-fi weapons.

And then there's the MA5B.

Instantly recognisable to anyone who spent an unhealthy amount of time battling the Covenant, the MA5B Assault Rifle is one of the defining weapons of the original Halo era, a gloriously chunky piece of UNSC hardware and an essential part of the classic Spartan look.

Our V2 Cosplay Edition recreates that unmistakable futuristic silhouette at an impressive 81.3cm long, but rather than producing it in heavy metal or rigid plastic, this version is constructed from lightweight foam.

Which makes considerably more sense when you're planning on carrying the bloody thing around Comic Con for eight hours.

The replica captures the MA5B's distinctive bullpup-inspired profile, oversized upper housing and integrated grip, with layers of moulded mechanical detailing throughout. A weathered gunmetal-style finish gives it the appearance of something that's already seen a few encounters with the Covenant, rather than something that's just rolled off the production line.

✨ Why the MA5B makes a brilliant cosplay piece:

🟢 Inspired by the iconic MA5B Assault Rifle from Halo
📏 Huge 81.3cm overall length for properly impressive Spartan-scale presence
🧽 Foam construction keeps it lightweight and far easier to carry than a rigid replica
🚀 Classic futuristic UNSC styling with that unmistakable MA5B silhouette
⚙️ Loads of moulded mechanical detailing across the body
🩶 Weathered metallic-effect finish gives it a suitably battle-used appearance
🎭 Designed with cosplay, conventions, photography and display in mind
👽 Perfect for completing a Spartan or UNSC-themed costume without lugging around something that weighs as much as actual military hardware
🎮 An absolute nostalgia hit for classic Halo fans

At over 80cm long, this isn't some tiny costume accessory.

It has the scale to look the part in your hands, enough detail to look fantastic on display, and foam construction that means your arms shouldn't be reconsidering their life choices halfway through the day.

Armour on.

Visor down.

MA5B ready.

Now somebody just needs to play the music.
