The mask rests on a gruesome sculpted base formed from a swirling mass of tormented bodies and flesh, evoking the endless suffering and hatred that follow Mephisto wherever he manifests. Every texture and organic detail has been meticulously sculpted to bring the horrors of Diablo to life.
