Its impressive 5.5-inch blade is precision crafted from CPM S35VN stainless steel, offering exceptional edge retention, toughness and corrosion resistance. The broad, flat-ground blade measures almost 2 inches wide, providing outstanding slicing performance thanks to its continuously curved cutting edge. This distinctive profile allows the Talwar to excel at long, controlled cuts while maintaining impressive strength throughout the blade.

The ergonomically designed G-10 handle is heavily textured to provide a confident grip in all conditions. Integrated finger grooves naturally position the hand for excellent comfort and control, while the lightweight construction ensures the knife remains surprisingly agile despite its substantial size.

For rapid deployment, the Talwar features Andrew Demko's patented ambidextrous Thumb Plate, allowing smooth one-handed opening from either side. The innovative design can also engage the edge of a pocket during the draw for exceptionally fast blade deployment when required.

Security is provided by Cold Steel's legendary Tri-Ad® Lock, widely regarded as one of the strongest folding knife locking mechanisms available.
