Its 3.25-inch blade is crafted from 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, edge retention and ease of maintenance. Available in both traditional and reinforced point blade styles, the Kyoto I features a wide, robust full-tang construction that provides exceptional strength and balance for its compact size.

The knife is fitted with polished stainless steel guards and an ergonomic Kray-Ex™ handle, moulded to resemble the traditional cord-wrapped grips found on Japanese swords. The deeply textured surface delivers outstanding comfort and a secure grip in a variety of conditions.

Supplied with a slim, durable Secure-Ex® sheath, the Kyoto I can be carried in multiple ways thanks to its compatibility with a bead chain lanyard or Cold Steel's C-Clip attachment system, offering excellent versatility for storage and transport.
