This is the latest of quite a few purchased of Denix replica firearms from Sword Stall. The AK47 has real presence, it's big with a decent weight and feel, the real wooden furniture is greatly appreciated. The action is crisp and effective, and the safety lever clicks nicely into its three positions. On the downside, the magazine is loose in its housing, the safety lever, whilst operating, doesn't seem to make any difference to the mechanism, the rear sight is moulded so not adjustable (still better than a loose sight flopping about) and there's no sighting pin in the foresight, just the protective ears. Overall though, a fine addition to the collection and great service in shipping pre-orders from the Sword Stall. Please forgive the clumsy insertion of the magazine, lack of practise! :)
