Eternal Dragon features a hand-forged 1095 high-carbon steel blade, constructed using the traditional Honsanmai (San Mai) lamination technique.
This method combines different steels in a layered construction, designed to balance edge hardness with structural toughness.
The blade also undergoes differential clay tempering, creating a harder cutting edge while retaining greater resilience along the spine.
The result is a genuine natural hamon (temper line), complemented by intricate hand-carved blade detailing and a traditional no-bo-hi design.
The wooden tsuka (handle) features genuine stingray skin (samegawa) beneath traditional cotton handle wrapping (tsukamaki).
Its hardwood saya (scabbard) is beautifully decorated with mother-of-pearl engraving and genuine buffalo horn fittings, finished with an elegant black silk sageo.
The handmade brass tsuba and fittings feature silver and gold plating, adding a luxurious finishing touch worthy of the Eternal Dragon name.
