Cold Steel SR1 Tanto Folding Knife

Cold Steel SR1 Tanto Folding Knife

Add a legendary blade to your collection with the Cold Steel SR1 Tanto Folding Knife.

The Cold Steel SR1 Tanto Folding Knife takes the legendary strength of the SR1 platform and pairs it with a powerful reinforced tanto blade, creating a folding knife engineered for exceptional durability and precision. Designed by renowned custom knife maker Andrew Demko and inspired by the iconic Cold Steel SRK, the SR1 Tanto combines minimalist engineering with premium materials, making it an outstanding choice for collectors, outdoor enthusiasts and demanding utility applications.

Its formidable 4-inch tanto blade is precision crafted from American CPM S35VN stainless steel, a premium powdered steel renowned for its exceptional edge retention, toughness and corrosion resistance. Measuring 5 mm thick, the satin-finished blade features a reinforced angular tip that delivers outstanding structural strength while maintaining excellent cutting performance. The plain edge is hand finished to provide clean, controlled cuts across a wide variety of outdoor, workshop and practical utility tasks.

The coarse-textured G-10 handle has been engineered to provide a secure and comfortable grip in challenging conditions. Reinforced with heat-treated nested steel liners, it offers remarkable rigidity while remaining comfortable during prolonged use. Carefully contoured ergonomics ensure excellent control, whether working in wet weather, cold environments or while wearing heavy gloves. An integrated lanyard hole and reversible pocket clip provide versatile carrying options to suit individual preference.

Providing exceptional blade security is Cold Steel's world-renowned Tri-Ad® Lock, one of the strongest locking mechanisms available on any production folding knife. Designed to withstand repeated impact, heavy pressure and prolonged hard use, it delivers rock-solid lock-up and remarkable resistance to shock, giving complete confidence during demanding cutting tasks.

Combining Andrew Demko's innovative design with premium American steel and Cold Steel's legendary lock technology, the Cold Steel SR1 Tanto Folding Knife is a heavyweight folding utility knife built to excel wherever strength and reliability matter most.
