Ultron with the Infinity Stones and a red cape. The multiverse is having a bad day.

In What If...?, Ultron wears an indestructible armoured exoskeleton with a red cape, built with the power of the Mind Stone, with five Infinity Stones set into the chest plate. His original head becomes a helmet over his new lilac android face, with the Mind Stone on his forehead.

Hand-painted, in Iron Studios' Art Scale 1:10.
