Raphael from the 1990 film, sais out and temper short. Classic Raph.

Created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are four mutant brothers raised by their sensei, Splinter, in the sewers of New York, fighting Shredder and the Foot Clan. Raphael is the group's anti-hero: rebellious, sarcastic and loyal, named after the Renaissance artist Raphael. The 1990 film, with costumes by Jim Henson's Creature Shop, was the Turtles' first live-action adaptation.

Inspired by that film, the statue shows Raphael in his sewer home, with greenish-yellow skin, brown eyes, his red bandana and brown elbow and knee pads, armed with his sai daggers and wearing an expression that matches his explosive temper.
