Rocksteady crashing through a brick wall, armed to the teeth and not entirely sure why.

Once a Russian arms dealer named Ivan Steranko, Rocksteady led a street gang with his partner Bebop and worked for Shredder. After the Turtles humiliated them, Shredder mutated the pair with a rhino and a boar stolen from the zoo, giving them enormous strength but leaving their limited intellect intact. Created by David Wise and Peter Laird for the 1987 animated series, they are the Turtles' clumsiest villains.

Like an out-of-control train, he smashes through a brick wall with his horn. He wears a beige tank top with wristbands, camouflage trousers and military boots, and carries a rifle, a machete and ammo on his back, two bandoliers of ammo and grenades across his body, a third bandolier in his right fist and a tactical knife in his left hand.
