⚔️ Hand Forged & Clay Tempered

The blade is crafted from 1095 high-carbon steel, traditionally hand forged and differentially hardened using the clay-tempering process.

By applying clay in varying thicknesses before quenching, the swordsmith creates a harder cutting edge while maintaining greater resilience along the spine.

This process produces a genuine natural hamon (temper line), a beautiful hallmark of traditional Japanese sword-making.

With a specified hardness of HRC 58 and no bo-hi (blade groove), Flower Blossom features a clean, uninterrupted blade profile.

🌸 Beautiful Mother-of-Pearl Saya

The standout feature of Flower Blossom is its elegant hardwood saya (scabbard), decorated with intricate mother-of-pearl detailing that catches the light beautifully.

The scabbard features genuine buffalo horn fittings and a traditional black silk sageo, creating a refined and luxurious finish.

The wooden tsuka (handle) is wrapped in genuine stingray skin (samegawa) beneath traditional cotton wrapping (tsukamaki), completing the sword's authentic Japanese-inspired aesthetic.
