Warrior's Rage features a hand-forged 1060 high-carbon steel blade, repeatedly heated, hammered and folded to create its distinctive layered construction.

The blade undergoes differential clay tempering, a traditional Japanese-inspired technique designed to produce a harder cutting edge while maintaining greater resilience along the spine.

This process can also create a natural hamon (temper line), a highly prized feature of traditional Japanese sword craftsmanship.
