⚔️ Hand Forged, Folded & Clay Tempered

The blade is crafted from folded 1060 high carbon steel, using repeated heating, hammering and folding to create a distinctive layered construction inspired by traditional Japanese forging methods.

The sword then undergoes differential clay tempering, where clay is applied before quenching. This creates a harder cutting edge while allowing the spine to retain greater toughness.

The process also produces a genuine hamon (temper line) – a beautiful hallmark of traditional Japanese sword-making.

Unlike many modern katanas, Warrior's Demise features no bo-hi (blade groove), giving it a clean, uninterrupted blade profile.

🐉 Traditional Japanese Fittings

The wooden tsuka (handle) is covered in genuine stingray skin (samegawa) before being finished with traditional cotton wrapping (tsukamaki), creating a classic samurai aesthetic.
