At its heart is a 3.56-inch recurve blade crafted from premium 1095 Cro-Van carbon steel, a material celebrated for its exceptional toughness, excellent edge retention and dependable performance. The distinctive recurve profile increases cutting efficiency by drawing material naturally into the edge, while the reinforced angular point adds durability for precise, controlled cutting and detailed utility work. The plain edge offers clean slicing performance and is easy to maintain.

The ergonomically shaped Ultramid handle provides a secure and comfortable grip while keeping the knife lightweight and well balanced. Its compact overall length of 7.25 inches makes it easy to carry without compromising usability, while the full tang construction delivers the strength and reliability expected from a premium KA-BAR fixed blade.

Included is a durable hard plastic locking sheath fitted with the genuine TDI Belt Clip (#1480CLIP). Designed for versatile ambidextrous carry, the clip accommodates belts up to approximately 1.75 inches (44 mm) wide and flexes slightly to provide a secure fit without placing undue stress on the metal clip.
