The Cold Steel Pendleton Hunter is the result of a legendary collaboration between Lynn C. Thompson and renowned custom knifemaker Lloyd Pendleton. After purchasing Lloyd's very first handmade knife in 1973, the two developed a lasting friendship that led to the creation of the acclaimed Pendleton Series—a collection of premium outdoor knives designed to faithfully capture the craftsmanship, balance and performance of Lloyd's original customs.

The 3.5-inch blade is crafted from premium AUS-10A stainless steel, offering excellent edge retention, toughness and corrosion resistance. Precision hollow ground and expertly sharpened, the blade delivers exceptional slicing performance, making it ideal for hunting, bushcraft, game preparation and general outdoor tasks.

The ergonomic Kray-Ex® handle closely replicates the contours and cross-section of Lloyd Pendleton's handmade knives, providing a secure, comfortable grip with outstanding control during prolonged field use. Its weather-resistant construction performs reliably in wet, cold and demanding outdoor environments.

Replacing traditional leather, the included Secure-Ex® sheath offers superior resistance to moisture, rot, cuts and punctures while securely retaining the knife for safe transport and convenient everyday carry.
