The Cold Steel Bushman® is one of the most innovative survival knives ever produced. Its 7-inch blade is forged from 2.5 mm thick SK-5 high-carbon steel, with both the blade and hollow handle cold-forged from a single piece of steel. With no welds, seams or mechanical fasteners, the Bushman delivers outstanding structural integrity. Heat treated and tempered to approximately RC54, the knife has been manufacturer tested to withstand over two tonnes of pressure at the blade-to-handle transition, demonstrating its remarkable strength.

The blade is precision ground to a fine cutting edge before being hand honed and polished, providing excellent cutting performance for bushcraft, campsite preparation and general outdoor tasks. The hollow handle offers additional versatility by accommodating survival supplies or compatible handle extensions, allowing the Bushman to adapt to a wide variety of field situations.

Available in both standard and Bowie-point blade profiles, the Bushman is supplied with a rugged Secure-Ex™ sheath and a ferrocerium fire steel, allowing the blade spine to be used for reliable fire lighting during camping and survival activities.
