Returns

Collector pieces are sold sealed, and we ask that they come back the same way. You've got 14 days from delivery to change your mind — but the piece needs to come back in its original, unopened condition, with all packaging and the outer shipping carton intact.

Once a Hot Toys box has been opened the piece is no longer sellable as new, and we may reduce your refund to reflect the drop in value. So have a good long think before you slice the tape.

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch.
