The Hanwei Viking Short Blade Spearhead faithfully recreates these historic weapons with beautiful decorative detailing inspired by the traditional Niello technique used by Viking craftsmen.

Historically, Niello involved filling engraved patterns with a sulphur-based metal alloy containing silver before firing, leaving intricate black decoration contrasted against polished steel. Hanwei recreates this striking appearance using a permanent decorative process that captures the same rich contrast and visual impact while preserving the look of the original artefacts.
