European Great Helm

This is a full size, fully wearable, European Great Helmet. There are many Helmets for sale on the internet but none match ours for quality. It comes fitted with an high quality internal leather skull cap which makes this helmet comfortable and easy to wear.We use 18 guage steel. There is no better steel to make these helmets with. We only sell the finest quality products.

In its simplest form, the great helm was a flat-topped cylinder of steel that completely covered the head and had only very small openings for the eyes and mouth. Later designs gained more of a curved design, particularly on the top, to deflect or lessen the impact of blows.
